As a Social Media Moderator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ online interactions are handled efficiently and professionally. Your primary focus will involve responding to social media comments and website chat inquiries, with the ultimate aim of converting engagement into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media comments across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) on behalf of our clients.
- Website Chat Support: Engage with website visitors using live chat tools, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Customer Conversion: Diligently work to convert social media interactions and website chats into paying customers for our clients.
- Training: Participate in comprehensive training to acquire essential product knowledge and hone your customer service skills.
Requirements:
